3. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on our website are in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is due as specified in the individual project agreement. Late payments may incur interest at the rate of 3% per month. We reserve the right to suspend work on any project where payment is overdue by more than 14 days.

4. Project Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are provided in project proposals and begin upon receipt of all required materials and initial payment. Delays in client-provided materials may extend delivery dates proportionally. CopyBrandForge will communicate any anticipated delays promptly.

5. Revisions

Each project includes up to two (2) rounds of revisions at no additional cost, as specified in the project proposal. Additional revision rounds are billed at €75 per hour. Revision requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all completed copy and content deliverables become the exclusive property of the client. CopyBrandForge retains the right to display work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing. Pre-existing frameworks, templates, and methodologies used in service delivery remain the intellectual property of CopyBrandForge.

7. Confidentiality

CopyBrandForge treats all client information as confidential. We will not disclose project details, business strategies, or proprietary information to any third party without prior written consent. This obligation survives termination of the business relationship for a period of 24 months.

8. Limitation of Liability

CopyBrandForge's total liability under any project agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that specific project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or data loss.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with 14 days' written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Work-in-progress deliverables will be provided upon receipt of outstanding payment.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zaragoza, Spain.

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by CopyBrandForge, located at Paseo de la Independencia 20, 50004 Zaragoza, Spain. It governs refunds, cancellations, and reimbursements for copywriting, content strategy, and promotional material services.

2. Project Cancellation Before Work Begins

If you cancel a project before any work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund of any advance payments made within 14 business days. Cancellation must be communicated in writing to [email protected].

3. Project Cancellation During Execution

If you cancel a project after work has begun, you will be refunded a proportional amount based on the percentage of work completed. The following milestones apply: 0–25% complete: 75% refund; 26–50% complete: 50% refund; 51–75% complete: 25% refund; 76–100% complete: no refund. All completed work delivered up to the cancellation point remains the client's property upon payment of applicable fees.

4. dissatisfaction with Deliverables

If you are dissatisfied with delivered work, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery with specific, actionable feedback. We will provide up to two (2) rounds of revisions at no additional cost as specified in our Terms of Service. If revisions do not resolve the issue, a partial refund may be negotiated at our sole discretion based on the nature and extent of the dissatisfaction.

5. Monthly Retainer Services

Monthly retainer services may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. The current billing period will be fulfilled in full. Unused portions of the monthly word count do not roll over to subsequent months and are not refundable. No pro-rata refund is provided for partial months.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days using the original payment method. For payments made by bank transfer, refunds will be sent to the account from which the original payment was made. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds: third-party costs incurred on your behalf (stock photography, font licenses, paid distribution fees); work completed and delivered under a signed-off milestone; and rush fees or expedited service charges once work has begun.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a refund dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days before pursuing any formal dispute resolution. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Zaragoza, Spain, in accordance with Spanish law.
